Managing for Forestry and Wildlife Workshop with Dr. Rick Williams

A free workshop on managing for forestry and wildlife will be offered on February 13, 2024, at the Bossier Parish Libraries History Center in Bossier City, Louisiana, to provide information on effective land management strategies for forestry and wildlife. USDA NRCS state forester Dr. Rick Williams will share information on how landowners can manage their forests to provide income, improve forest structure, and enhance wildlife habitat. The workshop will feature information on sustainable timber practices as they relate to wildlife.

The Bossier Parish Libraries History Center is located at 2206 Beckett Street, Bossier City, Louisiana.
